What To Expect

Our updated website will reflect a stronger focus on accessibility, privacy, and secure access, while giving our Upskill Workforce Program and Leadership Coaching Program a clearer path to the information and tools they need.

Elevate Online Learning

These website improvements are part of a broader effort to strengthen communication, improve digital access to services, and support future-ready learning experiences. More details will be shared as updates go live, and the refreshed website will serve as a more effective entry point for information, support, and digital engagement.

Improved Accessibility and User Experience

As part of these changes, the website and learning portal experience are being designed with strong accessibility expectations in mind, including improved readability, better navigation, and more consistent access across devices. The goal is to create a more inclusive and dependable online experience for educators, staff, and other authorized users. This include a WCAG 2.1 Level AA standard with a road-map to satisfy WCAG 2.2 Level AA enhancements.

Increased Date Security Standards

The updated digital experience will also reflect an increased focus on privacy, data protection, and secure access for users. The portal will include login-enabled functionality operated under controls aligned with the SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria. These improvements include frequent cyber-security reporting and data handling practices.

ELEBA will design in accordance with FERPA, Kentucky’s Personal Information Security and Breach Investigation Act (KRS 61.931 et seq.), and KRS 365.734 for student data.
